Youth on Horseback
Enjoy horseback riding lessons and so much more with Kim Johansen at Livery Stables.  Lessons are geared toward beginner to intermediate riders.  Kim and staff instruct riders on basic horse care like tacking, feeding, grooming, watering and every aspect of what happens at a barn.  There's a new pony ring for their youngest riders, increased lesson time and smaller group numbers, which is the silver lining of Covid protocol.  Children will love their time at this special little horse-family!

General Information
  • HCS students make a take bus to Livery Stables. Be sure to send a permission note/email.
  • Please send water bottle, snack and/or lunch, and hand sanitizer if possible.
  • Wear boots with a heel and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty!
